SUSTAINABLE BUILDING
As a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, GCI has LEED Accredited Professionals on staff who will add value to your projects through their expertise in green building. We apply this expertise to every project in order to reduce life-cycle cost while providing a healthier building for occupants and the environment.
To be most effective, we collaborate with the owner and architect early in design to determine the appropriate green building measures. For buildings designed to achieve U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating system requirements we can manage the certification or work with your certification team.
