Leed/Sustainable building

As a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, TGCC has LEED Accredited Professionals on staff who will add value to your projects through their expertise in green building. We apply this expertise to every project in order to reduce life-cycle cost while providing a healthier building for occupants and the environment.

To be most effective, we collaborate with the owner and architect early in design to determine the appropriate green building measures. For buildings designed to achieve U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) rating system requirements we can manage the certification or work with your certification team.

A LEED Silver Project, the Elements Building sets a new benchmark for green buildings in the Willamette Valley. This six-story building houses Strega, an upscale restaurant featuring local and seasonal cuisine, and 7Stones, a holistic luxury destination spa. The building features a “green” roof, efficient energy systems, and re-used materials throughout.
