As a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, T.Gerding Construction Co. has several LEED Accredited Professionals who will add value to your projects through their expertise in green building. To be most effective, TGCC collaborates with the owner and architect early in the design process to determine the appropriate green building level. Elements Building

Corvallis, Oregon

Soon to be certified as a LEED Silver Project, the Elements Building sets a new benchmark for green buildings in the Willamette Valley. This six-story building houses Strega, an upscale restaurant featuring local and seasonal cuisine, and 7Stones, a holistic luxury destination spa. The building features a “green” roof, efficient energy systems, and re-used materials throughout.
