Calvary Chapel Fellowship Hall
Corvallis, Oregon
We constructed a 27,000 sq. ft. fellowship hall for this church on a 57-acre site. A pre-engineered metal building comprises the main floor, and the a lower level is framed out with concrete retaining walls, structural steel, and slab on a metal deck. We completed our work on schedule and exceeded the client’s expectations.

Santiam Christian School
Corvallis, Oregon
A 32,000 sq. ft. addition to the school’s campus included a new gym, weight room, kitchen and cafeteria, locker rooms, and classrooms. We completed the work on an aggressive schedule while school was in session.
Agilent Technologies
Corvallis, Oregon
This “Class A” commercial office building encompasses 60,000 sq. ft. Site-cast concrete tilt walls frame the exterior structure. Structural steel, steel bar joists, and cast decks on metal decking support the interior. Construction work entailed installing numerous special finishes and sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems to accommodate the company’s high-tech needs. We completed the project on a fast-track schedule, within budget.
“T.Gerding outlined, directed and controlled an incredibly complex schedule that accounted for the activities of every subcontractor throughout the construction period. Their concerns for quality management and construction resulted in a true team spirit among all members involved, minimizing re-dos and change orders.”
