Using the CM/GC method, TGCC begins with a job-specific project construction plan that outlines how the work will be staged, constructed, and phased. This plan provides subcontractors with the information they need to work efficiently and produce a quality project for the owner.
Once the final construction package is complete, our project manager and superintendent develop the project master schedule using the Critical Path Method. The schedule drives the project and assures that work is completed within the specified duration.
We discuss schedule impacts as a team, and take measures to monitor progress toward successful and on-time project completion.
