We deliver excellence in all our projects, from $100,000 tenant improvements to our public works projects for which we can obtain $20-million single-project bonding. Depending on our client's needs, we regularly complete projects as the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC), Design-Builder or by providing Pre-Construction services as the General Contractor. We also self-perform structural concrete, rough carpentry and finish carpentry. Roughly half of our work is typically in public works with the balance for private sector, commercial and non-profit clients.

GCI's strong reputation in the community and throughout Oregon is based in-part on our commitment to deliver projects on budget. We don't surprise Owners with change orders at the end of the project and we manage ourselves, and our subcontractors, to contracted values from beginning to end.
