This new publicly-funded, multi-family residential construction project consisted of 25 duplex and triplex units varying from 2 to 4 bedrooms each. A separate community center for the complex was also included in the project. The structures are two story, wood frame, wood and hardyboard siding with vinyl windows and composite roofing. The project included extensive sitework and landscaping as well as public improvements to the frontage street.

This new publicly-funded, multi-family residential construction project consisted of 6 eight-plex units with 1 to 3 bedrooms each. The structures are two-story wood-framed with vinyl siding and vinyl windows. A separate community center for the complex was also constructed. Site work was extensive on this sloped area with drainage and retaining wall construction.
